Coastguard House is available as a weekly let and is suitable for 2-4 people.
During off peak times up to 4 day breaks are also available at discounted rates.
Places can be provisionally booked for up to a week, after which a confirmed booking requires a 50% deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable bond (damage waiver) maybe required in certain circumstances.
Please organise your own insurance as all monies are non refundable unless a replacement booking can be found.
The prices quoted are inclusive (bedlinen is provided). However, a £25 charge per week for Coastguard House, for fuel/heating costs will be added to those bookings from 1st October to 31st March. Also if towels are required, please request when booking and add a surcharge of £2.50 per towel set (per person, 2 towels each) to cover extra cleaning costs.
There is a no smoking policy at the properties but we do accept pets.
A surcharge of £10 per week per pet for Coastguard House, is added to cover any extra cleaning costs. All pets must be wormed and treated for fleas and must be well behaved… Otherwise the allowance for pets maybe jeopardised for future bookings.
We only deal with cheques as a method of payment. Please make all cheques payable to E.Alsford. Please send party details and any monies to the address shown on the contacts page. Please include your contact details!
The customer undertakes to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday, and to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The cost of any damage or breakages must be paid to the owners, or items replaced like with like.
The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the number originally booked, unless altered by prior arrangement.
In the event of any problem with the accommodation arising on arrival or during the holiday, the customer should immediately bring this to the attention of the owners. Complaints cannot be considered retrospectively.
The accommodation will not be available for occupancy until 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the last day.
