Croft West sleeps up to 12 people and is conveniently located close to Pembroke town, which is a mere ten minute walk away. It is situated on top of St Daniels Hill, overlooking Pembrokes medieval castle, and has spectacular views of the surrounding Pembrokeshire countryside, including the Preseli mountains to the north. It is also centrally located to many of the idyllic beaches and the stunning coast path. It can be found down a quiet no through road, leading only to a very pretty disused church. A great base for large holiday gatherings of families and friends.

ACCOMMODATION - GROUND FLOOR

Conservatory - There is a lovely south facing conservatory with overhead vines. An idyllic place to have your morning coffee!

Utility Room - A useful space containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge/freezer.

Bathroom - This second bathroom has an overhead electric shower, w.h.b and w.c.

HALLWAY LEADING TO :-

Kitchen/Diner - a very spacious area, complete with two ovens, gas hob, fridge,freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of surfaces to aid preparations for large social gatherings!

Sitting Room - Another spacious area divided into two comfortable lounges, complete with modern T.V, D.V.D/Video recorder, Hi-Fi (with iPod connection), puzzles, games and all the comforts of home.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1 - This room has a double aspect with far reaching views of the surrounding Pembrokeshire countryside and a kingsize bed to boot!

Bedroom 2 - This room contains twin beds and has views over Pembroke town and the medieval castle.

Bedroom 3/Family room - This spacious and airy room has a southerly aspect with views of the pretty disused church only a few hundred yards away. It contains a single bed (which pulls out to form a kingsize bed with two mattresses side by side) and a double sofa bed.

Bathroom - Plenty of room in here for your relaxing soak..! Also containing a separate shower cubicle, w.h.b, w.c and bidet.

SECOND FLOOR - ATTIC ROOMS

Bedroom 4 - This tranquil room is very cosy with a double bed and more lovely views to a southerly aspect.

Bedroom 5 - This room contains twin beds, is very light and airy and also has lovely views of the surrounding countryside to a southerly aspect.

OUTSIDE

Croft West is the only property situated down a quiet no through road, which also leads to a very pretty disused church.  The property is surrounded by open fields and has a real country feel, despite being only a stones throw away from Pembroke town. There is a walled garden, paved patio and further lawns, ideal for children to play and everybody to enjoy those peaceful summer evenings.

A fantastic location and a real treat for that ’get away from it all’ holiday.
